Creative Form Development, LLC (CFD) is a women-owned and operated leading provider of comprehensive construction management, project management, project controls, QA/QC, owner's representative, and general construction services in the public and private sectors. Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented business development manager/Salesperson with construction industry experience. Person to join our Creative Form Development, LLC team. This is a consultant position paying retainer plus commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public and private sectors, with a focus on promoting diversity and engaging MWBE enterprises.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop strategic plans and proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new projects and partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.
  • Represent Creative Form Development, LLC at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and foster strategic alliances.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Construction industry.
  • Contacts list in the industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction management processes, project delivery methods, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Benefits:

  • Commission pay on all deals closed

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
