Job Description

KELI Labs is a leading support company to the aerospace industry. Our customers include world class Airlines, Helicopter and jet manufacturers, defense contractors as well as MRO providers around the globe.

We are one of the largest providers of calibration services. With primary locations in Miami, Orlando, & Dallas, we have the geographic presence to reach prime markets in the US as well as proximate international markets.

Position Summary: This position will manage relationships and drive increased sales revenue to key (house) accounts and new business prospects.

Major Duties:

  • Strengthen key relationships with existing house accounts.
  • Initiate and maintain a high level of communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide value added solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Penetrate customer's organizational structure by identifying key decision makers and developing relationships at all levels.
  • Work to increase KELI's presence as an industry leader by working on white papers, attending meetings & trade shows and joining related industry clubs and organizations.

What you will be doing:

· Lead KELI sales at defined Key Accounts and drive new account growth.

· Develop new sales opportunities and pipeline at existing accounts by developing the relationship to drive results.

· Work closely with cross functional teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

· Drive KELI growth through the identification, qualification and closing of new accounts.

· Prepare quotes and program documents for customers.

· Support KELI initiatives to drive sales to key accounts and new prospects.

· Drive business intelligence and forecasting through the application of strong customer relationship management practices.

· Prepare regular sales presentations to management.

Qualifications:

  • College level work in business, sales, marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years in a B2B Customer Facing, Account Management, Sales role.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers.
  • Experience in Business Plan development and execution
  • Experience in CRM practices, strategies and technologies. Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spoken.
  • Results driven and business savvy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
