Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships across new and existing high-value Partners to better achieve their needs and manage all reporting of health within accounts. Partner portfolio includes Agents, ISOs, ISVs and Associations.
- Act as a liaison between the Underwriting and Partner team to help facilitate incoming business.
- Act as point of contact with key Partners, answering questions and solving various issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze partnership performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Sales, Exec Team) to develop partnership strategies and resolve partner and client issues and queries.
- Demonstrate expertise in payment/merchant processing - specifically in Brick & Mortar types of merchant business.
- Meet regularly with customers and anticipate customers’ needs to identify growth opportunities across various types of accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce similar CRM tools to track accounts and partnership activities.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Success experience in a payments organization. Proven track record of managing SMEs and expansion of these accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Experience managing de-escalations and coordinating feedback and discussions between customer/product teams.
- Ability to work and learn at a fast pace.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with champions and your colleagues in a remote setting.
- Passionate about joining a small team and building a company.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
