Job Description - 3PL Sales Executive
G. Charles Taylor & Associates Inc, is a 3rd Party Logistics Management Company. We specialize in ground transportation throughout North America.
The mandate for the Sales Executive will be responsibility for sales, new business development, customer maintenance and management in line with company vision and values.
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, driven individual who has a proven track record in 3PL sales. Experienced candidates with an existing customer base will be strongly considered.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* New business development.
* A pro-active approach to customer relationship building & account management.
* Direct responsibility for high levels of account retention.
* Providing input into accounts such as analysis and planning.
* Fostering a supportive and positive business culture.
* Maintaining and enhancing GCT's reputation.
* Recommendations related to future business decisions and direction.
* Working directly with the GCT team to review and evaluate business opportunities.
* Analyze sales and play a key role in implementing plants to improve account performance and profitability.
What We Offer:
A base salary of 65-85K, full sales support, and a highly lucrative, cumulative commission structure that includes a 20% share of account profits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
