Account Manager - Bedding

Job Description

As Account Manager you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion while representing the company with a professional and courteous image. You must possess discretion, good judgement, organizational ability, initiative, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Specific Responsibilities, but not limited to:

· Manage project development from initiation to completion.

· Responsible for organizing, monitoring, and executing projects in accordance with customer timelines and budgets.

· Monitor and control project quality and timelines to project completion.

· Apply critical thinking and project management skills.

· Maintain excellent customer relationships and manage day-to-day customer interaction regarding the project.

· Conduct project review and evaluate performance against project goals and customer’s expectations.

· Prepare internal estimate requests and submit customer quotations.

· Customer service support pertaining to order entry and customer inquiries.

· Possess product knowledge to effectively communicate to customers for product needs.

· Complies with and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficient business systems are utilized.

Education/Experience Required:

· High school degree or equivalent.

· 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service Print Sales preferred.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills with all levels of management.

· In-depth knowledge of the Printing Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,621.54 - $54,942.07 per year
