As a Sales Professional for Airstream of Edmonton, you will support the Sales team and strengthen the critical link between our customers and sales initiatives. If you are new to the RV and automotive industry, we offer professional development and training for the right applicant.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You are adept at building lasting relationships and excel in clear and warm communication.

  • Your communication skills are effective in building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • You have a proven track record in a sales environment and are committed to following the sales process.
  • You can effectively handle customer service issues with timely follow-ups.
  • You possess a solid understanding of basic calculations, sales metrics, and financial concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about our products, including details about travel trailers and touring coaches, as well as financing, leasing, and incentives.
  • Understand and share knowledge about the competitive landscape, including similar offerings from other brands.
  • Handle sales consultations and negotiations with confidence and integrity, maintaining our high standard of customer service.
  • Engage with customers to explore their travel needs and aspirations, then guide them through our range of Airstream products to find their perfect match.
  • Demonstrate the unique features and benefits of our travel trailers and touring coaches, using terms like "galley," "lavvy," and "wet bath" to explain the thoughtful amenities and designs.
  • Foster a sense of camaraderie and shared experience, ensuring all visitors feel part of the Airstream family from the moment they step onto our lot.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Alberta driver’s license and AMVIC certification (or the ability to obtain one).
  • Ability to undergo a criminal background check.

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 to $120,000 per year with bonuses and commission.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Including dental, life, and disability insurance, extended health care.
  • Full-time, permanent position with weekend shifts as needed.
