Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is in search of a dynamic Senior Sales Manager with remarkable drive and enthusiasm, who is a natural at relationship building. This individual will represent the resort in the development of market segments and new customer relationships while nurturing existing relationships to consistently strive to meet or exceed all revenue goals. This position is based in Savannah, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop existing business and solicit new corporate business for the resort
- Maintain positive guest, client, and team member relations
- Adhere to and uphold Bardo brand standards ensuring all client communication and execution represents the brand
- Actively prospect and generate new group sales business through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Schedule and conduct site visits, presentations, and virtual tours for potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure bookings, while adhering to hotel pricing guidelines and profit goals
- Passionate about hospitality sales and a minimum of 5 years of similar work experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Confident, collaborative salesperson with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excels at verbal and written communication
- Flexible and driven to get the job done
