GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. Position requires employee to perform industry specific tasks such as application submission, account transfer follow-up, and client service work. This includes charges/withdrawals, index annuity reallocations, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation (i.e. updating client account summaries and gathering the correct product brochures and applications).
Compensation:$55,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and offer recommendations to help clients meet their financial goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, update information, and forecast future needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and address any client concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner
- Record notes form every client conversation in the database
- Complete the process new business applications
- Create appropriate client file for each new account
- Complete and process client service work
- Submit any additional client contributions to appropriate account
- Update database to reflect account status regarding account service or new business
- Follow-up on pending business with appropriate companies and call each client with an update
- Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments
- Prep all new accounts for delivery and schedule delivery meeting with client
- Follow-up on pending service work and call each client with an update
- Assist Advisor with pre-appointment preparation (applications, etc.)
- Gather account values and complete client review summary for upcoming appointments
- Call clients with annuity renewals and give Advisor’s recommendation
- Complete, submit, and maintain compliance blotters and transactions
- Present and review YTD production and pending business report during weekly team meeting
- Manage RMDs for all qualified client accounts
- Process transfer paperwork
- Maintain current licenses and appointments with agencies and companies
- Provide business submitted/issued report to Advisor
- Review database to ensure client records are up to date

Minimum Requirements
- 3 Years prior experience working in insurance and/or financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
