Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Travel Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to join our team in Lafayette, LA for a 13-week assignment. Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Tele setting
Monitor and assess patients' conditions
Administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain accurate patient records
Ensure patient and family education and support
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications
2+ years of Med/Surg Tele nursing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently
