Job Offer: Customer Service Representative (English is a must)

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and goal-driven individual to join our team as an Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing development of our existing and prospective customers, ensuring the achievement of our growth targets. Your efforts will directly impact the success and expansion of our business.

Location: Saint-Laurent, Montréal, Québec

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Development: Work closely with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Account Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, building trust and rapport to become a reliable and valued partner.
  • Service Support: Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities, upsell products and services, and contribute to the achievement of departmental growth targets.
  • Order Management: Oversee and manage accounts from the initial order placement through job completion, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, providing valuable insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support while working closely with the head of sales (write up reports, compile customer complaints, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in english
  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries with tact and professionalism.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
