- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage account information, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client requirements, showcasing our products or services effectively.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to enhance your sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for account management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in client relations and sales processes.
