Who we are looking for
In line with our product expansion, we are welcoming a Territory Sales Manager to join Blizza to get our name closer to consumers in Vancouver/KelownaBC area, and increase our market shares. We seek individuals with a deep understanding of cannabis industry, a proven track record of successful sales management, and the ability to develop and executive strategic sales and marketing strategies.

What you will be doing
Selling and Influencing:
- Acquire and maintain new retail accounts to ensure the listing and sustained presence of Blizza Inc. products
- Be a brand ambassador, building awareness, leading brand education and sampling sessions with key stakeholders
- Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume
- Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share
- Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them to foster consumer loyalty and sales
Achieve KPI targets which include but is not limited to:
- Distribution and Product placement.
- Unit volume and share gains.
- Compliance to approved outlet route plans and call frequency requirements.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain favorable relationships that supports the annual operating plan
- Cultivate and develop relationships with key decision makers at each retail location
- Seek opportunities to promote portfolio of brands within regulatory constraints
Sales strategies:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Manage a budget to drive volume and share growth within acceptable trade practices
- Stay informed about cannabis regulations and compliance requirements across Canada
- Support community engagement, customer-lead training, sampling initiatives, trade shows, launch events
- Manage sales data, ensuring all administration records and information is up to date
- Requires 70% travel
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time
What you bring to the team
- At least 1 years in sales management, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Good knowledge of the national cannabis market, including regulatory landscape and consumer trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel nationally as needed
- Manage own time including building effective weekly/monthly schedules
