Job Description
Portland based, The Tao of Tea is seeking to hire an office administrative Sales and Associate in our main office. The Tao of Tea is a nationally recognized tea company. Established in 1997, we are known for the quality of our organic teas and the hospitality of our teahouses.
The job duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Assisting in office administrative tasks as needed on filing and data entry.
_ Assist production manager and sales manager in office administrative tasks
- Responsible for communication with team members on order fulfillment.
- Project support to key senior management personnel
The candidate will learn a lot on the specialty tea industry and nuances of teas by tasting a variety of flavors and becoming knowledgeable of the company products.
The position is full time, monday-friday from 9 am to 5 pm, in our SE Belmont street, Portland location.
