We are currently seeking 2 Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with a base pay of $55,000 per year for newly licensed candidates and $85,000 per year for experienced candidates with 1-3 years of work history in Personal Lines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing expert advice on insurance products, and ensuring that our clients have the coverage they need to protect what matters most to them.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- .Must have previous Customer Service experience to be considered.
- Preferred candidate will have 1-3 years of Personal Lines Insurance Experience.
- Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
