Job Description

Job Summary:

This is a remote role working in Springfield, IL with training in Terre Haute, IN and occasional travel.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales and be able to manage their own team. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to upsell and cross-sell our products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and will be comfortable using software to track their sales performance.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for managing the residential sales teams, via the telephone call/on-line chat sales center. The sales manager will oversee the daily rigor and metrics required to motivate the team towards achieving sales targets, plan the team’s schedule, and monitor KPIs and performance targets, and hold agents accountable to mutually agreed upon expectations. This individual will coach and mentor by sitting with the team and engaging in calls with each representative. The position will supervise a group of agents that focus on Single Family Home Fiber Internet, Telephone, and Fixed-Wireless Wireless Internet sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
