We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts & Pursuits. Come join us!

In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our overall sales operations process with a focus on the following key areas:

Account Management Program Enhancement: Develop and implement initiatives to fortify our existing account management program, ensuring growth with major clients through seamless client relationships and increased customer satisfaction.

Strategic Pursuits Capture Management: Lead the capture management efforts for strategic pursuits, leading a dedicated capture management team to develop winning strategies, and secure new business.

Business Development/Sales Training: Design and execute comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the business development and sales acumen of our entire organization, including account managers and seller/doers.

Your overarching goal will be to drive our growth strategy forward, leveraging your expertise to optimize sales operations, capture strategic opportunities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in strategic sales leadership roles, focusing on account management and pursuit capture.

Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, with the ability to drive results and exceed targets.

Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to engage and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging analytics, technology, and systems to drive business outcomes.

Compensation:
$250K - $255K Annual Salary

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
