Crocs Lighter, Inc. is a leading utility and pocket lighters supplier in Brea, CA.
You will be responsible for working with team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your main duties will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identifying new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base
- Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify potential areas for growth
- Providing guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
- Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
```Qualifications```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in consumer products field, especially to big box and chain stores
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in account management and business development
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
