Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop Sales Team: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, guiding them to achieve sales targets and maximize performance.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring robust pipeline management and growth in market share.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Performance Management: Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for the leadership team.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities to continuously strengthen our market position.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in sales management, preferably in the industrial services or construction industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales performance tools.

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
