Job Overview:
As a Customer Support and Operations Assistant (CSOA), you will play a crucial role in providing support to our clients and ensuring smooth operations. This position involves a variety of tasks including prospecting, customer support and administrative support. You will also coordinate material sourcing and interact with our client’s vendors and partners. This is a "hybrid" position which requires some on-site presence at the offices of one of our clients on rue Chabanel in Montreal.
What the role entails :
- Handle incoming phone and email requests from customers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Translate product documentation and marketing material from English to French.
- Assist in the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
- Generate and provide quotations for various products.
- When needed, conduct virtual post-sale training for customers.
- Assist with material sourcing by coordinating with vendors and partners (arranging material delivery, evaluating and researching suppliers, quotations...)
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system according to executive management and current priorities.
- Conduct online research to identify potential customers and support our inside sales agents in prospecting efforts.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and French (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Profile:
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
Technical Requirements:
- Must have a computer with Microsoft Office suite, a camera, and a recent operating system enabling the use of popular video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Must have a cell phone.
- Must hold a valid work permit (if not a Canadian citizen).
- Must be able to travel to work on-site at the offices of one of our clients on rue Chabanel in Montreal.

- Hourly wage to be discussed based on experience/skills.
- Following a satisfactory three (3) month probation period, a performance incentive program will be added to the base salary with the possibility of joining the group insurance program.
- All work-related expenses (pre-approved by supervisor) will be reimbursed.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 22.5 per week
