Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to manage the sales duties of STIIIZY’s Smokeshop business line. While the primary focus of this role is Sales Manager, a successful candidate may also have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing the selling of products, fielding questions, and resolving customer complaints.
- Coaches, mentors and directs the work of multiple teams and employees responsible for selling organizational products or services to or through channel partners.
- Exercises authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, promotion, and separations for multiple teams and employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establishes individual sales quotas and tracks performance against expectations.
- Develops and implements specialized or targeted sales strategies.
- Provides competitive assessments, product or sales training, or pricing and contracting assistance to the sales team.
- Assists marketing, advertising, or related departments in promoting the organization’s products or services.
- May oversee lead generation and/or qualification.
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
- Attend trade shows & industry events as requested for networking and/or support.
- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.?

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Comprehensive working experience and/or knowledge within the cannabis industry; preferred.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience; minimum.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
- Available for travel as needed.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
