Due to new client acquisition and growth projections, we are actively hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join our Dallas-based team. Our Account Managers acquire and deepen small business relationships through consultative meetings with consumers. Our account Manager has the opportunity to work hands-on with senior staff, guiding you along a defined path to becoming a viable asset.
Responsibilities as an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Grow and maintain customer relations by greeting clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust
- Present and educate selected clients on new products, services, and any deals or sales promotions
- Analyze competition, market trends, as well as customer demands in order to increase the company’s competitive edge and further sales growth
- Attend new hire orientation and training meetings to gain new skills and utilize given tools to attain the interest of prospective clients and effectively close
- Analyze and optimize territory markets in order to track sales revenue and profit margins efficiently
- Generate brand awareness in our local communities by representing our clients with rectitude and in a positive light
Requirements as an Entry Level Account Manager:
- 1-2 years sales or customer service experience
- High school diploma
- Can work full-time hours and isn’t looking to “punch the clock”
- Can handle and turn objections like a pro
- Energetic, self- motivated, positive attitude, with a track record of customer satisfaction
- Ability to set and exceed goals
- Impeccable listening and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to excel independently or in a team

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
