Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize HubSpot, Brevo, or similar CRM software to track sales performance and generate reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in account management and outside sales
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market insights
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Previous experience in managing key accounts
- Understanding of technology sales processes
Pay/ Commission:
- Commision Only - $100,000/year - 2,000,000.00
- Commision - up to 25% per sale.
- Sales team commission - up to 10% of your teams monthly sales.
