Job Description
Position: Sales Manager
Reporting directly to the EVP, the Sales Manager leads the Sales Team and provides direction and oversight to the Account Executives. The Sales Manager also creates long-term, trusting relationships with customers to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. This position will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. The key area of focus for this role will be to grow the Company's business within the industry.
Salary - $80k-$90k/annum +Commission + Annual Bonus

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong sales team focussed on building effective client relationships
- Teach Account Executives how to engage with customers, ensuring an ongoing positive customer experience
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, setting targets for each account executive
- Maintain regular communication with operations to ensure that sales and capability are synchronized
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Coordinate sales plans with operations and scheduling departments to ensure customer success
- Ensure all data, information, and details are entered into CRM / ERP and updated as required
- Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends and make suggestions for improvement
- All other duties as assigned

- Ability to lead salespeople

- Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate and close agreements

- High attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office and learn new programs
Desired Experience
- Ideally 3+ years of account management experience in the service or operations industry
Education
- A degree or diploma is considered an asset
