Job Description

Overview:
As a Home Center Manager, your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales team. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to foster a high-performance culture will be essential in driving our company's sales success.

Duties:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate skill development.
  • Oversee sales operations, including territory management, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Responsible for the hiring, training and supervising of the sales staff
  • Utilize sales technology and CRM systems to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas for the location, including projections and forecasting
  • Managing community inventory including assisting in ordering new homes, choosing appropriate sites and installing homes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Accountable for all marketing, branding, messaging and promotions
  • Works directly with property management and customer care specialist to remedy resident concerns and communicate with care in a timely manner
  • Create desire for residents to leave authentic & genuine 5-star positive reviews on social & digital media pages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,067.74 - $48,253.62 per year
