The Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be primarily responsible for driving sales in the Southern New Jersey region, extending from Trenton to Cape May. Your main focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with retail lumber yards and builders, ensuring they are provided with top-tier service and solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for those knowledgeable in custom and stock stair parts and installation. This role requires considerable independence and self-motivation, as you will manage your schedule to accommodate early morning site visits and afternoon administrative tasks. Local travel is a key component, allowing you to effectively cover the New Jersey market without the need for overnight stays.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive base plus uncapped commissions- ability to hit $110K-$125K all-in.
  • Commission of 4% on net sales
  • Quarterly sales bonuses, with potential for six-figure earnings based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
