Job Description

KioSoft Technologies LLC. (“KioSoft”) is a growing hardware/software company providing turnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, Coffee, Amusement, Car Wash and other unattended Payment Industries. KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, and authorized dealers worldwide.


The company's strength lies in its ability to provide a comprehensive blend of superior technology and customized software solutions. These range from the most basic machine interfaces to custom applications to branding to complex networking solutions.


We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful sales strategy for our payment solutions in the US market. You will report directly to the AVP of Sales/Vending and work closely with them to achieve the company's goals.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for our payment technology products and services in the US market Managing Support Services Team.
  • Work with various levels of internal teams and leadership.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management in the payment technology or information technology industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the latest payment technology trends and regulations
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the US and occasionally internationally
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a technical services team (required)
  • Ability to convert general data and findings into applied, specific information and suggestions that add value to business planning.
  • A working knowledge of industry best practices, technologies, and trends is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and successfully managing complex projects.
