Job Summary

At Bay Power Solutions, we support and sell Generator Sets for Industrial Power needs in the Mid-Atlantic, serving hospitals, educational facilities, the military, and more. This role requires close interaction with the Power Generation Sales Team, and the ability to maintain an efficient and communicative project workflow for our team and our customers.

In this position you will be able to earn the opportunity to grow into a Senior Project Manager for a long-term career.

Duties
-Assisting 3 Outside Sales Reps throughout VA and WV

-Assist Sales Manager in Project Review Prior to Submittal

-Submittal Development

-Order Entry

-Production Tracking

-Shipment Coordination

-Close-out Documentation Preparation

-Attending Sales Meetings

-Competitive Feedback Tracking

-Assist Sales Manager in Budget Tracking/Projections

-Support Sales Manager with ordering Customer Merchandise

-Support Sales Manager with organizing Bay Logo apparel for employees

-Assist Outside Sales Representatives Estimating

A Great Candidate Will Have:
-1 – 3 Years in Project Management

-Ability to receive direction and effectively communicate, verbally and in writing

-Strong Task Management skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
