Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- · Drive the performance of the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- · Direct and schedule the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing
- · Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- · Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
- · Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- · Help manage all aspects of the sales department
- · Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- · Assist in developing the sales department budget and minimizing expenses
- · Forecast aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives for the department and for individual consultants
- · Provide sales consultants with the support they require to meet sales goals
- · Ensures that dealership policies and procedures and understood and followed by sales consultants
- · Maintain a balanced inventory based on customer and market statistics
- · Plan and lead sales meetings
- · Remain current on all OMVIC policies and governmental laws pertaining to the sale of new and used vehicles
- · Coordinate with other departments to ensure cooperation and a peaceful work environment
- · Handle customer complaints immediately and professionally according to the dealership’s guidelines
- · Attend managers’ meetings promptly, and prepared with any and all information needed
- · Ensure that sales are accurately reported in PBS and documentation is provided to the accounting department within 72 hours
- · Keep and maintain a driving license issued by the Ontario government in good standing
- · Fill out Ministry of Transportation Ontario paperwork as needed, accurately and with integrity

Pay: $36,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
