The Role:
As our Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of both remote and local sales professionals, overseeing internal operations and driving external sales engagements with key clients. You'll be instrumental in setting and surpassing sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry.
- Over 3 years of team management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to drive the sales process from inception to closure.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
Administrative Duties:
- Review quotes and invoices for accuracy.
- Adhere to company procedures and protocols.
- Maintain and update customer database regularly.
- Prepare quote proposals for clients.
- Provide support to customer service representatives and office staff as needed.
