Director of Sales - West Territory
CoventBridge is seeking a Director of Sales for our Western Sales Territory. The Director of Sales is responsible for growing his/her sales territory through current clients and new prospects via phone, email and face to face contact. Additionally, the Director of Sales is responsible for the overall performance to goal for each client.

Duties and responsibilities include essential functions of positions assigned to this classification. Depending on assignment, the employee may perform a combination of some or all the following duties:
- Daily contact with clients and team members in sales, operations and the marketing team
- Achievement of individual sales goals
- Retention of current clients
- Communication with the senior management team – weekly reports
- Driving Revenue growth within their territories
- Prospecting for new business
- Due to driving, constant state of alertness in a safe manner is an essential function of this position
Requirements:
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Excellent Follow Up
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Working Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to adopt to a changing environment
- Ability to track and achieve company goals for their clients and territories
- Ability to resolve issues and concerns working with both clients and coworkers
Educational/Experience Qualificiations:
- College degree
- Industry experience – insurance and/or investigative in nature
- 2 years of sales experience

The salary range for this role is $70k - $90k annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
