Job Description

Job Description: We are a rapidly growing company, and we are seeking strong individuals who are looking for a career, not just a job. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and generating relationships with both new and existing customers. In addition, you will have some accounts receivable and accounts payable responsibilities. This position requires converting orders from outside sales representatives, issuing purchase orders to vendors, and fostering ongoing relationships with management to drive new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service across all interactions
  • Field inbound inquiry calls from existing customers
  • Proactively make outbound calls to drive new business opportunities
  • Gather customer information through inbound calls and track follow-up activities to complete sales
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate order information and quotes from internal systems
  • Maintain and exceed the overall company image through professional communication and service
  • Execute daily reporting practices to ensure accurate records
  • Collaborate with the team on other tasks and needs as assigned by management
  • AP – Accurately enter vendor invoices into the company’s business system and follow up with vendors as needed
  • AR – Generate customer invoices and follow-up on delinquent accounts

Requirements:

  • Inside/ customer service experience
  • Basic computer navigation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent management and relationship-building skills

  • Social media experience

Pay: $18.87 - $25.00 per hour
