Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (Sales Manager) to drive sales and growth in Modular Engineered Products for mission-critical markets. This role involves managing customer relationships, closing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within a defined geographic region or business segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with major accounts in assigned regions or segments.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners in mission-critical industries.
- Achieve orders, sales, and margin goals for assigned territories or business segments.
- Create and execute strategic business plans to forecast sales and regional market potential.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Applications teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Lead bid preparation and act as the proposal manager for key projects.
- Monitor market trends to influence product development with leadership teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies and other key clients.
- Travel as needed to meet business and sales goals.
Job Skills & Requirements
- Proven sales management experience with a successful track record.
- In-depth understanding of modular build solutions and potential markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with contract terms, project planning, and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience (military leadership or 10+ years in a relevant field).
- Knowledge of mission-critical markets is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
