Territory Sales
Protech Security is hiring a Territory Sales Exeutive for our commercial and residential divisions in North Canton. Travel is 25%. Reporting to ProTech Security’s Director of Sales.

At ProTech, the sales executive drives growth by identifying new business opportunities through various marketing platforms and channels. In this role, you will assess the market, build relationships, and present solutions. To accomplish your goals, you will collaborate closely with our sales and engineering teams to provide territory and revenue growth.
Essential Functions
- Identify new business opportunities via prospecting, cold calling, networking, presentations, obtaining referrals, and existing client management
- Position ProTech’s offerings as comprehensive security solutions that address specific risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients including commercial, residential, and governmental sectors
- Understand the unique security needs of clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Conduct security assessments and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Track and manage sales activities and opportunities through our CRM
Basic (Required) Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience
- Must have a hunter mentality and be willing to prospect
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Be a motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
- Security industry Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- HubSpot knowledgeable – CRM Management
Compensation
- Base salary with uncapped commission

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
