Job description

We have an immediate opening for a maintenance account manage/estimator

Estimating and directing maintenance projects for commercial and municipal properties. Experience in all phases of maintenance and estimating including: measuring, calculating labor hours to estimate landscape maintenance, ability to identify native plants/trees and familiar with local codes and regulations. Experience and/or knowledge of irrigation operation, diagnosis and repair is needed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with multiple property managers.
• Responsible for initial site visits and costs estimating.
• Maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in the field.
• Serving as a liaison between property owners, managers, HOA's, general contractors, subcontractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responding to customer complaints and special requests.
• Promoting the company image.
• Planning schedules and overseeing regular maintenance operations.
• Modifying procedures to increase and improve efficiency/safety in the work field.
• Willing to work in all weather elements
• Helping with snow removal operations.

Valid Nevada driver's license, insurable driving record, and ability to drive company vehicles.

Excel, Outlook, Word, LMN, Landscape Pro is a plus.
