Summary
- Responsible to fulfill and exceed subsidiary expectations by providing the highest possible customer service and quality.
- Optimize the transaction and operational process to minimize costs.
- Auto Part Company relationships through frequent contact with sales and service representatives.
- Negotiate rates and service/operation parameters with customers, carriers and agents.
Responsibilities
Sales Promotion and overseas agents network set-up, utilization
- Responsible for managing the relationships with key accounts and maximizing all opportunities through those accounts.
- Work closely with oversea network agencies to develop new business.
- Work with global customer, 3PL oversea agents.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and continuous development of best in the filed of logistics sales (domestic, import and export)
- Oversee compliance with applicable TSA requirements, laws, regulations, other government filings and requirements, and company standards
Business Development
- Expand and explore new market opportunities.
- Accountable to manage, develop and expand the logistics business of Auto Parts, providing direction and leadership to ensure profitable.
- Design monthly management report that will communicate key successes/challenges to Management.
- Design monthly KPI for management such as carrier performance record.
- Build up strong network with other players, carriers and agents so that we can offer the best service in this business.
Required Skills
- Must have Network for Freight Forwarder
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
- 10+ years of logistics sales
- 10+ years of hands-on management experience in the field of auto parts (preferred)
- DG Cargo (Hazmat) License (preferred)

Travel expense for business is 100% reimbursable
Cars allowance up to $800/ month
Yearly performance bonus – 4-8 weeks of current salary
