Responsively for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts within the assigned market segment.
Meets and exceeds revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts in a profitable and win-win selling approach. A manager manages accounts with travel throughout the year and negotiates rates for those accounts that travel consistently.
What will I be doing?
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Understand the hotel amenities, packages, and promotions fully and carry out effective marketing.
- Generate and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
- Produce quotations and written confirmation for all clients.
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the Revenue Manager's and senior management's needs, including reporting appointments, calls made, and business leads.
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve outstanding issues to ensure future business.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure the efficient and smooth management of events.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry and business travel segment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and operations is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- This position may require travel between multiple hotel locations.
