**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer engagement and relationship building.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Show properties to clients
- Zoom with clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Daily search for opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
**Requirements:**
- Dominate English and Spanish Language
- Real Estate License
- Supra
- Skills and good performance with computers
- Management and possession of the MLS
- Skills and experience in communication and sales
- Good presence
- Have a car
- Live in Broward County area or near the office
- Supra
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong understanding of technical sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients
- Experience in outside sales is desirable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
