Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing strategies, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead the sales team in achieving set goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, outside sales, and lead generation
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop business growth plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive sales
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,029.00 - $90,000.00 per year
