Job Title: Long-Term Care Account Manager for Colorado

Salary + Uncapped Commissions!!

Job Summary:

Reporting to both the Vice President of Per Diem Operations and the Account Manager Senior Team Lead, the Account Manager plays a pivotal role in growing their region on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to exceed Strategic Plan. They do this by coordinating incoming and outgoing calls to schedule clinicians, processing service requests, and ensuring the fulfillment of orders by assigning qualified healthcare staff tailored to client needs. Upholding regulatory compliance and PRN Healthcare standards, the Account Manager fosters professional follow-up and quality assurance. Collaboration with internal office staff, including PM/Night/Weekend Staff, and recruiters is integral to this role's success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage requests from facilities and initiate contact to deploy employees effectively.
  • Offer assignments to qualified healthcare staff and fill account requests as necessary.
  • Profile nurses and proactively engage with the client base to address their needs.
  • Coordinate calls, monitor client/employee satisfaction, and document interactions for quality control. Conduct weekly progress calls and evaluations of field staff performance, identifying necessary adjustments. Participate in team conferences and communicate changes impacting office and field staff.
  • Weekly meetings with existing and new clients to garner additional needs and build relationships.
  • Maintain contact with inactive clients and offer qualified nurses as directed.
  • Facilitate daily communication with clients and field staff, relay necessary updates, and ensure seamless teamwork within the branch.
  • Maintain documentation, including weekly reports on service inquiries and outcomes.
  • Support administrative duties and provide backup as requested to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Achieve shift quota and goals assigned by the Branch Manager.

  • Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette.

Work Environment:

3. Maintain personal schedule during core business hours 7am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday.

Education and Experience:

1. High School diploma required, college degree or some college with concentration in communications, business, or related field preferred.

2. Past Long-Term Care Account Management experience preferred.

3. Past proven competency working on multiple databases and/or computer software.

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

2. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Travel Requirements:

Weekly Travel to all clients will me mandatory and Travel to the Corporate Office located in Appleton WI every fiscal quarter might be required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
