Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure 5 STAR exceptional customer service.
Help hire, train, motivate, and supervise sales staff members to ensure they are providing excellent service to customers and top-quality work.
Monitor and evaluate employee's sales performance, providing feedback and sales coaching as needed. Train on and monitor all business sales KPIs.
Collaborate with ownership to lead sales operations and ensure budget is hit. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on industry sales trends and sales best practices to continuously improve sales.
Requirements:
Self-starter and self-motivated. Must have grit and whatever it takes attitude.
Previous 5 years+ experience in a Home Service Business sales role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $75,844.00 - $105,248.00 per year
