One of our Fortune 50 clients in the Aerospace & Defense industry is looking for a Tier IV Desktop Support Specialists to join their team! This person will need to be comfortable in a dynamic, enterprise level environment, willing to resolve a high volume of tickets with excellent customer service. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting and supporting PC, hardware, desktop at an enterprise level
  • Experience working w/ ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Experience and working knowledge within MS Windows 7 and above
  • Strong knowledge of the Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Exchange, etc.
  • Knowledge of networking structures, routers & switches
  • Strong communication and customer service mentality
  • Associates Degree

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • ITIL Certified

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • Ticketing System: 3 years (Required)
