LincOne is a member owned, financial CO-OP, we serve anyone that lives or works here in Lancaster County, NE. We are seeking a leader, coach, and mentor with prior management experience in financial services.
This position reports to and works closely with our Senior Vice President(SVP) of Lending to grow lending in our community and to expand new memberships. The Relationship Manager is responsible for the strategic goals of our consumer lending area, including new accounts, and compliance.
The Relationship Manager is directly responsible for leading a team of six (6) Relationship Advisors across our three (3) locations here in Lincoln and one (1) Loan Clerk.Our Relationship Advisors are product & services experts, they consult with our members to apply for our lending products and services and establish new accounts, etc.
Ideal candidate for our Relationship Manager position has a passion for serving and making a difference in our community and would have a background in new accounts, lending, coaching, sales and compliance. Previous banking or credit union experience is preferred.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
