ProScape Lawn and Landscape Services, LLC, (www.proscape-services.com) a leading landscape services company, is actively searching for an Account Manager to handle an existing customer base of accounts as well as manage a team of skilled team members in completion of landscape services on the West side of Columbus.
This position will focus on proactively maintaining and growing our client book of business. This individual will help establish and monitor guidelines to determine field labor requirements and recommend changes based on the annual operating plan and performance against that plan.
Essential skills needed for success in the position include:
- Ability to plan and proactively setup and manage work being performed
- Have an elevated level of communication and customer service skill
- Ability to upsell work to clients to present a solution
- Fortitude to lead teams in challenging weather
- Desire to grow both personally and professionally
Experience in a service-based role within a labor-intensive industry is a requirement. This individual must have the skill set to work with a labor team focused on management, scheduling, and prioritizing work expectations. Landscape industry experience in a similar role or roles is recommended but not a requirement.
Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, preferably LMN. They must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and adequately answer customers' questions and concerns. It is critical that this individual be energetic, internally motivated to succeed and maintain the drive necessary to be successful in this growing industry. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is desired.
