Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and exceptional customer service and communication skills, enabling them to market our services while ensuring customer satisfaction effectively.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Contact potential clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to position our offerings in the market effectively.
- Lead presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to negotiate successfully in various situations.
- Proven experience in sales roles is preferred.
- Strong background in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is highly desirable!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
