Garcia Roofing is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Your role will be to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
- Answer phone calls and follow up
- Assist the call center with day-to-day operations
- Keep in contact with your clients in regards to sales.
- Assure the client’s needs are met throughout the sales process.
- Monitor the sales progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive sales documentation, plans and reports.
- Comply with Garcia's policies, procedures and the employee handbook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data.
- Positive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook calendar).
- Work Schedule: (Full time)* Monday - Friday
- 7 AM to 5 PM
- After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
