About Us
A Moment in Time Retro Design is a web based, 1950’s Retro and Modern Restaurant Furniture and décor sales business.
We are a fast paced, growing company, with a small family office atmosphere that consists of taking phone and email orders from our local, national, and international customers. Orders range from residential kitchens to commercial restaurant floorplan design.
Duties will also include setting up a few appointments for our local contracting company and apartment rentals, including occasionally showing apartments, and signing rental agreements, as well as day-to-day office administrations.
We are seeking a strong motivated person for a Sales / Office position.
Duties:
- Taking phone and email orders
- Invoicing with QuickBooks
- Processing payments
- Day to day office administrations
- Setting up a few appointments for our local contracting company
- Occasional apartment rentals, including showings
College Education or Experience in the skills listed below is preferred.
- 3-years’ experience in sales
- Running day to day Sales Administration in Restaurant Furniture sales with some Office Tasks.
-Estimate/ Invoice entry
- Data processing in QuickBooks
- Ability to Multi-task and Stay Organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Phone Presence
- Computer Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-24.00per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
