Job Description

Hampton Inn Airport is searching for someone that enjoys being out of the office, making cold calls, and most importantly, building relationships with current clients. Someone that is a quick thinker in qualifying an account and is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers. We are searching for the right person that loves the excitement of a fast-paced hotel setting and can be a team player to help provide a World Class Hospitality Experience to all of our guests.

The right candidate will also have experience in planning and meeting budgeted goals, and working with hotel management to achieve those objectives.

The Sales Manager is a "hands on" manager actively involved on a daily basis by securing, qualifying, and following up on leads to book specific business.

Other Responsibilities-

  • Implement hotel's marketing and sales plan.
  • Analyze and understand the competitions strengths and weaknesses for each market segment.
  • Actively sells room nights through outside sales calls, telemarketing, and tours.
  • Uses resources available to track potential business.
  • Meets or exceeds budgeted RevPAR for the hotel.

Qualifications-

  • Bachelors Degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,747.10 - $47,867.47 per year

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
