We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager, Americas – Industrial Fume Extraction. This role involves driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the capital equipment and aftermarket sectors. This is a great role for an individual who is well organized, collaborative, and passionate about driving results.
Role Responsibilities:
The three key areas for this position will focus around:
- People leadership
- Hire, develop, drive engagement, and lead a high-performing team.
- Oversee workload capacity to ensure that we have a forward-looking organization plan that is positioned to scale with growth & maximize talent utilization.
- Strategy Development & Implementation
- Develop and implement region specific sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and set sales targets and goals to drive revenue growth (generate robust sales forecast)
- Commercial Results Ownership
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Manage expenses and optimize cost-efficiency in sales operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and supporting sales automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Directly own execution of the sales plan
Travel: Up to 50%
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 12+ years of successful sales and sales leadership experience
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, both as a successful outside sales rep and in sales leadership
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Sales Management and Leadership Acumen.
- Continuous improvement and growth mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience selling industrial capital equipment and aftermarket product
- Demonstrated success in building relationships both internally and externally.
