Scope of Position

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative - Sales. The Business Development Representative - Sales will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. The role is located in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility for work from home.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Business Development experience


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Strong organizational and time management skills


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


  • Experience in the energy or logistics industry is a plus


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment


  • Experience with CRM platforms a plus.

To be a successful candidate for this position, the candidate must be a self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deadlines, and diligently check work. Must have exceptional skills with Microsoft products. Direct experience with customer service and/or project management is a plus.
