- The Role:
This is your chance to be part of something exciting! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will spearhead B2B sales by introducing our eco-friendly toy collections to retailers. The focus is on getting the products into stores, where they naturally sell out fast, driving reorders and lasting relationships. Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by presenting our eco-friendly toys to retailers through outreach, cold calling, and in-house presentations.
- Ensure products get into stores, creating opportunities for repeat orders due to quick sell-through.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Manage and maintain a customer database with timely follow-ups and proactive engagement.
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing efforts, inquiries, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with field sales partners to close deals and achieve ambitious sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:
